The Founder

Resham brings over a decade of experience helping founders, teams, and startups scale with clarity, structure, and visibility.

As Co-Founder and Head of HR at Xccelerate, one of Hong Kong’s leading ed-tech startups (later acquired), she played a key role in scaling operations, building systems, and driving growth through strategy and people. During her time there, she also worked on recruitment projects with companies such as HSBC, Smart Retail, Jousun, YouStyle, and LKF Group — gaining firsthand insight into how different industries grow, adapt and innovate.

These experiences shaped the foundation for Untap — a growth consulting and creative strategy studio designed for today’s founders. Resham now combines her background in operations, strategy, and creative branding to help entrepreneurs remove bottlenecks, refine their digital presence, and unlock sustainable growth.
